After I completed the prologue and played a little online match, a day later I log into the game and there the prologue appears and all the data in the graphics settings and controls have been reset. What should I do?

It seems to be a bug where you can't save in campaign mode.
I was able to avoid the bug by doing the following:

in explorer
Search for PC → Documents → BattlefildV → settings → PROFSAVE_tmp. Change the name from "PROFSAVE_tmp" to "PROFSAVE".

From the second time onwards, "PROFSAVE_tmp" will be generated every time the game ends, so similarly search for the previous "PROFSAVE" and delete it. Rename the newly created "PROFSAVE_tmp" to "PROFSAVE".
