they don't try to hide their cheats.
killing tanks with 1 hit from a pistol.
speed hack, aimbot, 1 hit kill, God mode, killing everyone and freeze them they cant respawn.
things i never seen in any game.
and they are max level they been doing this for ages never get banned.
reports via EA app or origin is worthless.
talking about hacking in EA forums will get you ban and your thread will be deleted in 5min.
this game is dangerous to play.
now they can get other players ip addresses.
they can crash the server, even community servers they can ddos them and delete them.
remind me of GTA online.
Players need to sue EA for this. absolutely the worst company, and Dice the worse studio.
There are several rules that were broken that has led to it.
1. spamming the forum ( there are multiple threads on this subject, too many imo.. but we've allowed many of them to remain up as we feel it's a serious enough issue to warrant them not being locked )
Just having thread after thread after thread clogs up the forum for when players have questions or tips or fixes for issues such as game crashes etc.
2. Repeat posting ( aswell as off topic stuff )
Obviously we need to remove those because when one person breaks the rules and seemingly gets away with it, Others follow in their footsteps and this in turn leads to more red letters next to players names.
we're not here to stifle discussions or to maintain a 100% positive light on any given issue, As long as posts here do not violate the Steam rules then there's no reason to have to action anything.
3. posting about cheating
while this is covered by steam's forum rules and limited to very specific things, Doing so encourages name and shame, This of course violates the rules so for obvious reasons posts that name cheaters ( or rather, suspected cheaters ) are removed because we don't want to promote witch hunts against innocent players who were named and shamed simply because they were outplayed.
Honestly I do feel you, I experience the same issues and I often have to server hop and report cheaters using the ingame tools, Yes it's slow almost to the point of frustration but when players are investigated, It needs to be done properly so that innocent players aren't given an erroneous ban.
I can't go into specifics because even I have little to no knowledge of the process after the report is made, I am told however that there is a team constantly working through a log ( including backlogs ) of reports and that obviously takes time to complete.
Why? I talked to him. He admits it. He has more than one accounts. Writes in the chat when he shuts down the server, and he just does it.
Does reporting help? Well, one of his accounts got banned after 3 months. He just wrote an E-Mail to EA Help, and got unbanned after 2 days.
I could not lift my Forum ban on answers HQ (Posting information of an EA emplyee) for 1 month now. What did I do to get the ban? Well, one guy asked how to get into contact with them because its not allowed to tak about cheating in the forums and report does not work. I told him to google the EMail Adress of the CEO of EA...
This company is a disgrace for the gaming community.
There are many names available here...

Today my 15 minutes were rubbish, he had 24 kills in 5 minutes. and I closed the game - I can't play the game because of the cheaters. We are waiting to play 1 game, we enter the game, a lot of cheaters on the map. X-ray cheating is too much. Too many cheat users. EA can clean the game if they want, this is possible, why doesn't they do it? This is the real question (because they want those who use cheats to enjoy the game, not to leave the platform. They wait for a while and then ban them - so that the person will buy again. Is there any other explanation?)
what i did? deleted the game because there is no hope.
we did thousands of reports nothing happened.
there is no hope for BF5 and the same thing will happen to 2042.
Please do not recreate.
