BFV crashing on launch... seek solutions!!
Whether I open it through Steam or EA Games(New Origin Portal), game wont launch as usual. I've already tried these things;
    -
  • re-download BFV
    -
  • clear cache in EA Games
    -
  • reinstall EA Games
    -
  • turn-off in-game-overlay in EA Games
    -
  • close all my background tasks and launch game via Steam & EA Games on two different occasions
    -
  • assign administrator privilege for BFV.exe & run it

start menu > search bar type "run" -> open the run app -> type %localappdata%/D3DSCache and hit OK

Delete everything in the folder that opens up.

Launch BFV again.

For me it seems to be the Onedrive interception. I remembered I couldn't able to play after I backed-up my Windows/User/Documents folder usually as weekly backup to Onedrive. The thing is if once we upload the data, the OneDrive application delete the relevant data from our device to preserve storage unless we apply offline attributes to desired folders. But it didn't make any sense because when I browse through the online OneDrive-cloud & I was missing the BFV 'PROFSAVE_profile' file in my Battlefield V folder... as well as the local folder.
But this didn't happened before while using the Origin app.

Read more, this may helpful to understand what caused u to have this error...

I had the same issue where Battlefield 5 would not launch. It would act like it wanted to and then just wouldn't. The fix for mine was to open the onedrive app file location, go to documents and find Battlefield 5. Right click on it and choose "Always keep on this device". This fixed it for me.
