Update, May 21: Good news, we’ve fixed the end of round issues, and you’ve let us know they are once again showing as intended. Please do let us know if you notice any further issues.



We can also confirm that unlock rewards are once again available to all players on console. However, some PC players have indicated that they are still unable to unlock the rewards for reaching level 20. If you are a PC player, and have played until at least level 20 and are still affected by this issue, please reach out to EA Help to have these restored for you.

Hi all,

This past week, two Battlefield V issues have been reported two us. Both issues are still being investigated, and I've summarized them for you below. Once further information becomes available, we'll post it here.

• May 6 - PC - Could not fetch your report at the end of the match

The results screen at end of round doesn't show, and instead gives the error "Could not fetch your report".

• May 8 - PC- User does not receive class level rewards

Upon gaining a level with rewards, players are not receiving the weapon unlock for that level.

Started playing this game two days ago. Yesterday there were Origin friendlist offline issues. Today it's this. As if the bulletspongyness was not annoying enough now you also get no unlocks.

You do get your unlocks, it's just the battlereport couldn't be generated

I did not get coins for the PVE games I completed before switching over to PVP today. I wrote down the amount after the first display of this error and it is still the same. As for the unlocks I'll check tomorrow by leveling an as of yet unplayed class.

Same issue for me after every game, then when I go back to menu background is default and I cannot access my company.

No END results

at an end of multiplayer, i have no report and no progress, even tides of war says i completed the task yet ingame it shows i did not. no xp given to guns or classes ether.
DICE has said they solved the problem, yet there was no solution on any of the forms.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Also getting the report error as of yesterday. TTK feels like it changed pretty dramatically today, it has been what I would call perfect up until now. CST, USA.

Im getting the same issue! no progress, no level up for any game play, no coins from missions, cant go to company (yet i can go to armory to spend money lmao) and no report at end of the round. also had it crash on me a few times after a game, yet i had no problems for the rest of the hours i played.

also no dice form shows the solution, they just mark it as solved. ive emailed them 2 days ago, they didn't reply....

Yes its not a problem on your end, but something dice need to fix.

but this problem has been present for years now. with seeming no fix.

It comes and goes, its not a permanent error, they usually fix it within a week or so. I think it has to do with them working on the servers.
