does the definite edition include starter pack and premium starter pack?

so on the store page it wont show up as owned, but everything in-game will be unlocked.

The starter pack is different...it gives u some additonal in game currency and skins. youll have to buy that separately

Night Owl – weapon Skin Set (Rare) for 4 weapons

and the premium one gives more

its not really worth it ...you can unloick most skins by playing the ga,me
