How to (literally) see enemies?

I've been playing a lot since launch bf 5 but i still struggle spotting the enemies,there is any trick/settings/radeon sogtware settings to ease that? (playing at ultra because it's a sin not to).
It's always too late for me when i see one or they see me first always even in bushes.

( please,don't come with saying they are cheaters,because it's not about cheating,hardly seen a blatant one in 2000h to be honest )

Heard somewhere by disable TAA improoves on that but im not sure,im still blind,maybe i have to buy a new pair of glasses aswell.
And i found this aswell but im not sure if we are allowed to do in a mp game tough.

To take some advantage - lower your settings. Same for all MMO games.
I'm playing on 1024x768 all low, all FX disabled, about 200 fps, no input lag, 50 kills 1-10 death mostly. Also tweaking world with Nvidia Inspector, removing grass, ground objects, wall textures and alot more cool things.
