Update in 2024?

Did anyone else get a random update today or is it just me?

What makes you think steam would allow an update for only you? Of course everyone has gotten the update.

Can confirm, it's not just you. However... I played through Awakened literally yesterday, and now I can't load my save file. "This saved game cannot be used because it requires the downloadable content Dead Space 3 Awakened which is missing or corrupt". I tried reinstalling the game and it didn't help, so I guess my save file is broken now. What a fantastic update.

Steam just downloaded yet another update for me. It seems like they fixed this issue, game loads fine now,

Did you buy the awakened on roigin instead of steam? In my case i did that and i simply added awakened thru origin and play it here without buying a second copy on steam.
