Game won't launch

The game won't launch. It boots Origin, but then after that, nothing happens and the game goes back to the green "Play" button again in Steam.
Tried to find the settings.txt. but I can't even find a EA Games or Electronic Arts folder in AppData/Local or Roaming. I believe if I can just reach this settings.txt, I can make it to run in fullscreen or switch the resolution so it launches in the correct one. But where is it??

Never mind... found the folder now. There is no settings file, and no system file which some people say it's called on their computers. I created one in txt with the settings to start in fullscreen mode, but still nothing.

mine is simillar to yours, but here it requests the product key on origin even that i've bought on steam

yeah i'm getting the same thing, game tries to launch, i see the origins pop up but then the screen goes black for a few seconds then the game just shuts down.

i have other games that use origin and i have no issues with them running.

i even tried launching the game directly from the origin app and still nothing

Did you find any solution? Because I had such a problem.
It started normally once, but does not want to start again.
Windows problem reporting 32 bits briefly appears in the task manager

Sadly not. Buggiest game I've bought. Soft lock save files, co-op broken mess, game won't launch suddenly etc.

My problem was solved by turning off the overlay in the launcher

which overlay option? I don't see any option is that the game doesn't even start

Same error, it starts to run and the button turns green again, nothing happens, I contacted ea support to see what they say
