Freezing Cutscenes help ?

Hi,

So i am having freezing Cutscenes ♥♥♥♥ on my way to nexus command station - first time visit right after the beginning.

i have:
Intel I7700 3,6 GHz
32 GB Ram
Nvidia Gforce GTX 1080
Win 10


I tried:

Reinstall
Check for damaged files
Drivers up to date Oct/23...
Settings to lowest possible
Disable any overlay
Nvidia ANSEL Disabled for MEA
Nvidia FPS limited at 60
Setting FPS with console to 60... too
Win10 Fullscreen optimization disabled
No Mods, Clean file.
Loading saves way before

It always crashes after like 5 seconds into the cutscene, if i skip forward fast enough i can make it onto the Bridge, but never to any conversation or past this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cutscene.

Normally i can easily play Ultra settings without any issues, any game.
I never ever in my life experienced a BS like this.


Any other options left to try or do i really need to give up on that game?
