Achievement "Top Talent" still bugged/not unlocking... help?

Hey guys, idk if it's just me at this point but I can't seem to unlock the Strike Team Achievements.
I own 2 lv.20 Teams at this point, tried leveling them up in multiplayer AND singleplayer (not used the APEX HQ app at all), and it's still locked to this point.
It's really starting to get on my nerves, and neither the EA Support nor Steam Support are able to help me with this.

Do y'all have any suggestions or ideas? Thank you.

Multiplayer > Prestige > Challenges.

You have to be logged and status should be "online" in main game menu.
