Game crashes when I get on the tram the first time

Ok, I just played the first mission (Prolog), after that you become the new Pathfinder. So then you're supposed to get on the tram with Cora and Liam, but when I do that and the cutscene with the tram starts the game just crashes.

I installed a few new mods and I'm never did that really. I just started with a few mods for skin hair and Addison and that worked normally.

But now I'm a bit confused because I already turned of everything that was older and could be broken but it didn't help.
Are there maybe known mods that crashes/break the game?

Update:
I found it. I deleted 4 mods and 2 of them have to be the reason.
- New Armor for Cora Asari Underarmor Large Ponytail Blonde
- New Armor for Liam NPC underarmor Default Hair Athletic Outfit No Bracers
Liam and Cora talke to you while being on the tram, so those mods probably broke that scene.

The other two that I'm sure aren't the reason are retexture of Gil and Reyes. But I didn't even meet them yet so they couldn't be the reason.
