I had this same problem with some other EA games, like NFS Heat. It has something to do with EA servers.

Describe in-depth in this official EA post, its being tracked. You are not the only one. They recently fixed tons of multiplayer issues. Thats why I recommend reporting there with a reply.

buut previous day my friend can invite each other ?

So, was this ever solved or...?
Because I played this just months ago without issue, and now I keep getting that same error.

Tried changing to ipv4, nothing, allowed into firewall, nothing... I just wanted to go back to my anual two week Mass Effect vice

Invitations have been fixed for ME3 MP and MEA MP, but staying connected was not fixed for everybody. Some players use VPN to England in order to stay connected. EA staff are on holidays now and will resume checking out the comments after the New Year I would asume. Steam is not going to fix this, they are just selling the game, they don't run the servers. So reporting at EA is the best chance, as little chance that is.

after 7 years and this bug is still not fixed what should we do i cant really join a multiplayer match

Clear the game cache, restart the app, it runs crystal clear. I did all this on EA platform, I got life time sub there.
