Can't connect online for multiplayer?

Anyone else having this issue?

I recently reinstalled the game and hopped on to play some multiplayer today. I was unable to connect to online mode. My steam is online. My origin is online. The game installed properly and everything else works. My internet is fine.

What gives?


UPDATE:

I contacted support and they stated other people are reporting a similar issue and they are working to resolve it. If you are having this problem, have patience until they fix it!

Still happening for me with MEA: Deluxe edition. Can't do APEX missions at all since accessing the mission table requires online connection to the game server.

Any solutions for this issue?

No, I found it is typically a server issue on their end. Just waiting seemed to fix it last time.

Okay, I just started playing Andromeda again today from the beginning and have been having this connection issue. THe worrying part is that it says "You are not allowed to connect..." etc.

I'll give it some time and hope it starts working. Meanwhile I can't initiate any APEX missions since the mission table requires an online connection to the game server(s).

I don't recall having the message saying I was not allowed to connect. Mine was more along the lines of unable to establish connection or something similar. It has been a while. Your issue might be something different. APEX missions do help with resources, crafting, and weapons though so it's certainly worth figuring it out. You can still enjoy a smooth experience without them, since it's meant to be a bonus, but they are nice to have.

I know about those APEX missions since I played MEA earlier when I had EA Access service through MS Gamepass Ultimate. Now it's not working after I bought the Steam version (Deluxe Edition) and yes it's saying "You are not allowed to connect..."

I have the Problem here on Steam and on MS Gamepass Ultimate, when i started on PC
Always the same issue: "You are not allowed to connect..."

InuKy, do you have VPN active when you try to launch the game? I know for sure that certain companies block access to their online servers if you have VPN enabled.

Contact Origin Support. They had to make a change to my account to allow me to access multiplayer. I never have tried it yet but the program no longer tells me I cannot access it.

Funnily enough the Console version seems to connect fine.....well, when you are on the main menu of the game anyway, the Origin Version (the one i have for PC) can't even connect to that.

I just play it on my PS5 now-a-days, same thing with the MELE and i will likely play the next Kotor remake on there and the new ME game that they are obviously working on.

For me subscribing to EA Play helped at the time I was having this issue. Hopefully it's now fixed as requiring EA Play for Multiplayer in Andromeda would be quite bad.

Actually I subscribed to MS Game Pass Ultimate at that time because I needed it (it includes EA Play).
