No sound

Hello, I'm playing on an Alienware 15 R3, NVIDIA GEForce GTX 1070 driver, IDK what other info to give. I am unable to get any sound from this game from startup. I've found fixes such as going to windowed borderless, didn't work, I think I've uninstalled and reinstalled sound drivers correctly. I am frustrated and dont know what other fix there is. Please help me!!!

I have this game on origin. Same problem. Asus ROG Strix Scar II. I turn off nahimic and had sound. Since last update I dont have sound at all.

I'm getting audio just fine from my RTX 2080Ti HDMI port straight into my AV Receiver and speakers.

I used to run it on a Creative ZXR soundcard before that and had it hooked up to my Logitech Z906 speakers via optical cable. That worked fine too.

Go into Windows Control Panel, Sound and check which is your Default Sound Device. You might need to set it to speakers or headset or TV speakers depending on what device you want the sound to come out of.

I didnt use headset and had no monitor. Default device: speakers (Realtek Audio)

Thanks everyone, I did eventually get it to work. I believe I did not reinstall my sound driver after I removed it. The sound works with headphones but curiously if my headphones die or something the computer sound will work. Weird.
