LIMIT FPS?
is this even possible in the game without some third party software (rivertuner, msi, ect) ???
the ingame command does literally nothing for me, i'd like to limit my fps lmao

Just install rivatuner, you'll be doing yourself a favor

Just go into your game settings in the Nvidia or AMD control panel and you can set it up for each individual game.

Try the following:

Open console with Shift + ^
then type: GameTime.MaxVariableFPS 60 (or your desired fps)

The user.cfg file thing doesn't seem to work anymore.
