Infuriating launcher / connection issues on PC

game constantly cycles through 3 displays while attempting to boot
if it manages to boot, my reward is a 721 error leaving me unable to connect
-ea app launched or not while starting
-ea app signed in first or not while starting
-launching through .exe with and without admin
-same issues switching through displays on boot whether fullscreen/borderless/windowed
-uninstalled / reinstalled both lea app and the game on steam

luckily i've only wasted 30something minutes attempting to solve this so i'm well under the 2hr mark. i've decided to try one more hail mary by posting this before refunding.

i remember when this came out, and i miss it, i just want to play again ... pls halp i don't want to refund when i am calm again after the above routine
