Report a translation problem
The cards make all the difference between a good and a rookie player.
It's the mods and cheats that don't make a good player rly.
After that, it's basically testing different builds with them up to level 1000.
The Hero levels don't matter much after level 37, but the cards make a good difference.
I could swear I've played against cheaters that use some mod that's like letting you have all of the Hero's cards equipped though, when you're normally only allowed to use 3 of them.
