no star cards? can't upgrade any star cards

why can't i upgrade any star cards, the button is not there

This issue is going on across all platforms. It is going back and forth between cards and no cards and sometimes not able to use certain characters (I think just prequel characters). From my understanding this is a yearly issue when they do the heroes unleashed event every year on May 4th in supremacy and GA. Hopefully it is fixed by tomorrow on its own... Something like this happened last year where everyone levels got reset and it was fixed within 24 hours on its own out of nowhere without an update.

EA - smol indy company can only afford Raspberry Pi servers.

I fixed it by restarting my PC. But everything has to be re-equipped.

It's on sale and it's May 4th. 4k players. This game is only used to having 500 at a time. Probably the servers went up like the death star.

Best way to fix it is:

A. Restart your game a couple of times.
B. Restart your PC/console
C. Reinstall the game.

Not jumping through hoops to play their game. I did all of the above and the Star Cards only reappeared for about 3 battles before disappearing again.

Well Happy bloody 4th to us ALL LOL- Yeah I logged on and all my points were gone - I still have my character levels by all boost cards and gone.

Thank you very much for your help and explanation. This happened to my father when he played on Xbox these days. He was desperate lol
