This issue is going on across all platforms. It is going back and forth between cards and no cards and sometimes not able to use certain characters and having to purchase them (I think just prequel characters). From my understanding this is a yearly issue when they do the heroes unleashed event every year on May 4th in supremacy and GA. Hopefully it is fixed by tomorrow on its own... Something like this happened last year where everyone levels got reset and it was fixed within 24 hours on its own out of nowhere without an update.

my controls between mouse and keyboard and controller are messed up and my level is correct, but my cards are not unlocked. help?

Still stuck on the same problem here. No Starcards, no new weapons, prequel characters locked. It's like my account was resetted when the time playing is clearly the right one and all xp are maxxed out. --'
Happened yesterday, rebooted the laptop, didn't help. Rebooted again, no changes. What do I do ?

Try selecting Boba in the collections section and go to his cards. After that, I got everything back
