the ability to earn star cards has been stripped from my account or what? same with alot of others... what is this ♥♥♥♥? real talk i was pretty happy with the fact i had the guns i liked with the mods i liked regardless of the state of the game due to hackers the player base is still there but now this? i don't even know how there could be a fix either... anyone know wassup?

Same thing, I'm level 300 + and get my cards reseted and locked today, if anyone knows something about it - let us know how to fix that

same, all my guns, star cards, and some of my heroes are locked I have no clue why

Same here. I started the game from the EA library (not steam) and everything was unlocked, but I had to reassign some mods. Exited, ran game from Steam and all unlocked again.

I have been playing this game for a long time. I took a long break. Now after two days of playing all my cards are locked. The game was purchased through Epic Games.

An instruction was found on EA's website, which advises to delete the folder. The cards opened, but all the cards must be inserted to each character or vehicle again. The levels and the status of the cards remains the same. Some of the old cards are in place, but most of the cards are not.

This sounds like something is broken in the save files and the game downloads the save files from the cloud service.
