Weird visual glitch. Help apreciated
So first off. I have a 3060, 11th gen I9, and 32 gigs of ram. Installed to a SSD. So spec wise. I should be golden. And sadly I havent had any luck with what I have tried in google. Don't know if I am just wording it wrong or if no one else has seen it.

Now for whatever reason, in a lot of cutscenes and sometimes in loading screens(I'm assuming they basically use the same video files for both) I get weird black artifacts across the screen. Like hundreds of pixels are turned off. These seem to happen in strange rectangular blocks where between 50-90% of the block is just black pixels. No pattern outside of it happening in blocks. Sometimes its most of the screen. Sometimes its only like the bottom 8th or so of the screen of the screen. I also noticed that in game subtitles on missions and such seem to have weird pixelization at times as well. Not the same black. But the same pattern. just white and blue.

If anyone else has seen this happen and knows some possible fixes. Would apreciate the help. Kindof ruins running a campaign when all the cutscenes cant be seen. And I would rather not have to stop to watch the youtube versions between each mission.

I have the same thing. DX12 is BROKEN on NVIDIA hardware for this game. Dynamic res fixes this but please turn to DX11 for now

Built my computer when 3060 was the only thing I could get at a somewhat reasonable price. Was a few months later when prices finally started to drop down a bit. Does the job though. Most games except the highest end like cyberpunk don’t really push it that much.
