Weird Gamebreaking Glitch

Hey yall
Ive been playing the game since it launched on several platforms but I recently came across a weird glitch on my steam version of the game that has basically rendered it unplayable. It starts on the main menu screen where the cursor for whatever reason automatically goes to the top left of my screen where the player profile is.
Whenever I attempt to scroll, access any other pages or click options between the first row of selection buttons (Game mode selections, class card selections, even browsing through your character screens) are completely impossible to do, because the second i attempt to select anything, the cursor slowly glides itself back to the top left of the screen without any input.
This same glitch carries over into matches where my character regardless of class is basically stuck in a constant walk animation, whether i start moving them or not, I cant roll, I can fire and still jump, but its moving like its on rails and this is regardless if I am playing online or offline game modes. Ive tried reinstalling it several times and have unplugged and plugged my mouse and keyboard several times to see if that would do anything but at this point im just at a genuine loss.
