Unfortunately, EA dropped the ball on one of the largest IP's Dice ever could have gotten a hold of and Dice was the company to perfect a modern SWBF game, had they never been acquired by EA and held prey to EA's toxic practices between companies, IP's and business methods.

Is the website for the mod for the online, custom server browser and other content fixes. Unfortunately, the game over-all has less players than even Enemy Territory Quake Wars - a Battlefield like game which still has a dedicated fan community.
There are dedicated Discord groups for Kyber and I know that they do host appropriate events and large games for the online, but Modding EA - Dices' Battlefront 2 is the only way to get the appropriate game support that should have been present in the beginning.
Which is a great thing, don't get me wrong. The work Dice put into the game IS a decent amount of work - enough there is a dedicated fanbase keeping the game alive.
I just feel it important to let people know that there are fan-made mod servers which allow the game to be genuinely playable since EA is
*purposely*
refusing to update their product in hopes to use the lower player counts as an excuse to terminate it's live services for the game as quickly as corporate will legally allow
