anyone else getting this error when trying to play the game? ec:10602 help please

Press play on steam deck
EA app comes up but nothing is displayed
EA app closes.
EA app appears for a moment
EA app closes
EA app comes up and says "You''re running low on disk space. Try running disk cleanup or deleting some files then give it another shot" and press OK.
EA app closes.

and the game did not start.

i have seen people have the same problem with fifa and apparently having hundreds of gigs of free space doesn't help either
