Cannot connect error 721 and 216

First I am unable to connect to the server bc of error 721, after 3 or 5 trys I connect, then I when I enter to a match and wait in the load screen, the game kicked me out and tell me that I can not join bc of error 216.

I reinstalled the came and everything worked fine, but only 2 times, I think the error comes from the EA APP bc with Origin this never happened to me.
