Have you also tried clearing your Nvidia Shader Cache? That is also known to cause performance issues. To do so, go to:
Local Disk (C:) > Users > (name) > AppData > Local > Temp > NVIDIA Corporation > NV_Cache
Then delete the content of that folder. Make sure Origin and the game itself are not running.
Edit: I wanted to let it be known that I also have no mods, and my game runs flawlessly for the most part, but whenever I am loading the game up, or it is loading a new level, CPU will spike to 100, and cause terrible loading times. Sometimes, it'll never load. That's my main issue. Performance itself is unaffected.
I am not sure what else to suggest for the time being, unfortunately. I hope that you do find a solution. If you do, post it here and I will edit it into to the initial post as an alternative suggestion!
