This game does not want to launch

So for the lst 2 years I have been trying to figure out why this game wont launch on either steam or epic and i keep trying for a few hours then giving up and then trying again a few months later and its very irritating i have tryed everything from reinstalling to wiping it off my computer completely, repairing or validating files to turning of cloud save and nothing works so if someone can help me pls I would much appreciate it cause when i tryed contacting support on EA they dont know either or tell me the same things i have already tryed

What exactly have you already tried and describe what happens when you try to launch it? Edit: you also need origin installed to run this

I'm having the same issue. Played it a lot when it was free on Epic, now I'm trying to get back into it and can't get it to launch whatsoever. Not on Steam, not on epic, not through Origin, nothing. It's like the .exe doesn't work or something? I've been unable to figure out a solution so far.

so I have tried reinstalling, wiping the all data of the game from the computer turning off certain settings like cloud save, I have tried running through all different platforms like Epic, steam and origin and got nothing and everytime I try to run it it will say for the first few second its running on steam then go back to the play button like I never clicked on it

I think its not your pc because i have the same problem and for example jedi fallen order works fine on steam. And all the others ea games on steam. Just battlefront 2 dosent work...

Reinstall Origin first, if that doesnt work update Bios.

Reinstalled Origin, checked update bios, cleared registry, made sure you dont have a kid account at Origin? all things like that?

Nothing,after a few seconds the play button says play again
