Game wont stop lagging when I am charging my PC

So when I charge my PC while playing, everything lag's so hard and it will take like 10 minites at times to make it go away for like 5 seconds, and I watched a tutorial and did almost every little thing he said, but it lags so bad and most of the time when I play, I am on low battery, so I am stuck, someone help.

What's your computer hardware specifications? (that is, CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.)

Like, the lag is so bad that meshes are breaking apart

(Edit: now its just being a random if the FPS drops or not..)
