If I Google it, I get a hit with a fix among the first 5 results.

Yeah, you just need to spam the connect button. It's pretty annoying and i have no idea why its happening, but hey, it works.

This whole thing is a mess. I set up EA Desktop because I have gamepass, it took over 10 minutes to get the game to launch because it wouldn't launch origin properly to launch this game. Now that it's launched it won't connect to the server.

Keep trying it will work eventually normally 3 or 4 times pressing it I get 721 all the time just click connect top left 3-4 times and I will join. Hope this helps
