Skill points?

Is there any way to buy skill points? I just played my first game and got totally rekt

I assume you played PvP. Try co-op.

Don't expect to be a progamer from day one on. Just learn to play, improve and spec up your soldiers, like all the 1000s of players before you did.
The game is very simple and easy to learn.

doesnt make much sense for a veteran to have access to buffs that beginners dont. They already have the upper hand because of game knowledge and experience, why should they get even more buffs? If anything it should be the other way around

The mods don't make much of a difference and the ones that give extra health get unlocked at early levels.
Besides that, you can level up your classes in the PvE mode, too.

As boring as co-op can be, to compete online against players with 1000 hours and all max classes, a few unlocks will really make a difference for you.

no but there are ways to earn them much faster buy some good upgrades or look em up its pretty easy ngl.
