Why is nobody playing on seuqel maps?

I'm quite new to the game and was wondering why almost nobody is playing conquest on the seqeuel maps. Is the game dead or does everyone just hate playing on those maps?

Because you can't queue for specific maps, And there are even maps i rarely see once in a decade. Guess the devs are doing what devs usually do. If a map has issues, they lower their priority in the map rotation

Not necessarily. Kamino is a favorite of many in GA and Starfighter Assault, but it is kinda rare to get for somereaon. The matchmaker can be having issues.

Like in War Thunder, for like the first 5 years the game was out, the US plane players had statistically a 9/10 chance of getting into one specific map (Operation Norway) on the Realistic game mode, even though the game has like 30 maps.

Not necessarily but possibly. I didn't say that it is a fact. Only a guess i already saw in some other MP games already. But bare in mind, the player favorite maps are also not necessarily the ones which are good in a developer point of view.;)

I agree with you, I would not mind if the movie had like 15 seconds of screen time, or even a few minutes, NORMALLY, but this is a Star Wars movie, with millions upon millions of money to throw at it, the biggest problem is that 1. The people making it do not understand Star Wars 2. There was no plan 3. Executives instead of accepting a good trilogy, made them re write so the main character was a woman, and that the entire thing was based around femminism. I hope they retcon that entire trilogy either as a dream or a alternate universe. Although, Disney has made ~4 good things, Mandalorian, Rogue One, Clone wars season 7, Rebels (Rebels is debatable but it was good cause it really explored the force and we had our first good guy use the dark side and come away from it.) Also, Feminism was throughout, Rey, Rose, that lady Holdo that looked like a lesbian bookstore owner that is insane. I could go on, I hate political agendas in movies, it just ruins my time, If only it was 40 years ago without this bullsh*t Such as George Floyd, he really did not warrent this response, I also have plenty black freinds, they don't really care, cause like, Police officer did somthing wrong, got punished, what else do you want us to do we can't raise him from the dead.

in my opinion the new order empire is trash. i love the clone wars and the old empire storys. i start my games only in this timeline.

My personal favourit map so far is Yavin 4 because it is so much fun to fly around as Boba Fett. Old empire maps are cool, excapt Hoth, looks cool but I hate playing on it.

Did you ever get the chance to play Battlefront 2015? The two Hoth maps were THE BOMB. They are probably my favorite maps out of any video game in this style of play

They had such a good balance of open wasteland and close quarter by using caves, trenches, and crash sites

No, I have only played this Btallefront game. I just started liking star wars a few weeks ago and a friend recommended this game to me. If the Hoth maps on Battlefront 2015 are good then thats great but dont know.

pretty much this, they just redid the whole ot storyline terribly. its really unoriginal to just bring back stormtroopers and rebels for no reason, it doesnt make sense

Well hard to say but guess everyone have its own problems with the other eras...for me I enjoy most republic side vs droids(it seems there are most maps, including various versions) and likeable character/classes(they look cool and stuff)(I like enforcer most, but in rebel there is no class like that[wookie is lacking skill-vise for me - literally if it was some other class....]), also republic maps seems well balanced compared to other eras(mainly ep 7-9....those maps are terrible)(in republic heroes seems have good balance while other eras it seems the imperial/first order have upper hand...), there could be other things also but for now its enough...

PS: all is just my subjective opinion and its how it feel for me

PS2: (this is not related to game, tho it may or may not have influenced some ppl)For films....for devoted fans I can imagine they are disappointing(atleast), when there already was whole bunch of story from books/comics etc...and it was great, but for some reason they decided to discard it and make ....what they make...if we take it as separate films 7-8 wasnt so bad(but if we take 1-6 in account, it was weird(atleast), and lot of things got broken....ep 9 was terrible in any way possible.....I rly wished they would have made that jedi vs mandalorians but welp....generally it came to me that they for some reason just wanted to get rid of the skywalkers(someone rly hate them there guess), if they kept with the lore then we would see skywalkers in atleast 6+ films(generally sw would be skywalker saga...since they didnt do much with old republic but maybe in future we will see some of that too...)
