Hangar Bay Mission

So I fly in the Hangar, destroy the enemy fighter, then try to kill everyone else in there and the other fighters, but always getting myself destroyed, what am I missing?

Is there some kind of secret to getting past this part? Because no matter how many times i've tried, just getting destroyed every time. And the fighter doesn't aim down enough to kill all the rebels on the ground, how are people passing this mission?

Kind of sick of it at this point and really wish could just skip it because it's the worst and dumbest mission in the game

Agree. This part has happened to many players. Make sure you destroy all the enemy fighter ships in the hangar as soon as possible. That's a short-timer that will cause the mission fail.

Just shoot at ships. Start with the X-wing in the middle and work around in a tight circle. There's some explosives that detonate that help. It just takes a few seconds and then the cutscene appears where she exits the TIE Fighter.

The dumbest part of this mission is how long it takes to load after dying on an NVME drive.
