Whenever an the game gets an update, mods break. Sometimes a lot of them, sometimes all of them, sometimes even the mod loader itself breaks.
These mods are supported only by the community.
There is no official modding API that the game developers are promise to keep working between updates.
When the game updates, all the hacks put in place to inject stuff into the game will likely break.
Just keep an eye out for updates from modders and from the HMM team.
These things take time, but as long as people want to keep modding the game, someone will get things running again.
