Game keeps randomly crashing

My game keeps crashing at random times while I'm playing. There is no pattern between the crashes, as it crashes on any screen. I cant play the game for over 10 minutes without this happening. I have allowed sonic through my firewall, updated my drivers, set it to high priority, put it on high performance in graphics settings, verified game files, reinstalled the game, turned down the graphics, and my pc easily meets all the requirements listed on the game page. Im not given an error message either, it just closes. Help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I think you may need to contact SEGA support. They may ask for Event Viewer logs.
