After the Final Boss when you select yes to clear data, will this delete my save file? I mean will it overwrite the save file into a new game + savefile? Or will it just give me the option to create a ng+ in the main menu? I saw a Screenshot where someone had the Option of New Game + under New Game on the Title Screen. How do I unlock that?

Do I have to do this on hard or easy? I really Don't wanna sit through Tohou boss again :P
