Yes i have already 100% the game on Win 7 with just 1 crash.
(game works just fine on Win 7 with Vulkan)
Only thins is you can't use HMM with mods at the same time since the fix uses a file the Mod Manager needs. (can still install mods manually like i did)

in before Win Malware users spam the thread over and over with the same nonsense
burying the helpful posts like me explaining how the solution works,
since they somehow get offended that others aren't using their broken operating system like them getting the thread locked...
