yea but they probably made a mistake or something as they said they were going to give the code at 9am PST (18:00 in my country) an hour and half as passed and still no code

Having the same problem, except I'm in the US. Maybe it's a global issue?

Yeah same here thought it was my VPN so I turned it off and restarted Steam but the key doesn't work for me either.
