The DLC code needs to be e-mailed to you - which they haven't e-mailed it to anyone as far as I can tell.

yea but they probably made a mistake or something as they said they were going to give the code at 9am PST (18:00 in my country) an hour and half as passed and still no code

Yeah same here thought it was my VPN so I turned it off and restarted Steam but the key doesn't work for me either.
