Korone DLC?

I know probability of getting it here in the west is INCREDIBLY low, but I wonder if there is any chance we can get that.. modded in? (is that legal? Idk. I'd gladly pay for it officially tbh)

I'm really hoping if they don't wind up releasing the DLC for western versions, it's at least possible to mod the shoes in on PC, I love the way they look.

I dont know why they made it JP only, its not as if Korone isn't known outside of Japan.
I hope they just make it available to everyone later, but if not you know modders absolutely will. And then they'll probably go and replace Sonic with Korone entirely too, because thats what these people do.

it's not even on steam yet. once it is and if it's free you could switch to a Japan vpn and install it through steam db. Worked for the dead or alive beach game which is region locked

on Gamebanana someone made the request for the modders to make a mod to add that exclusive DLC content which by the way is exclusive to certain stores in Japan, although, even if you buy the game digitally and you are Japanese you won't be able to access it.
the important thing is that they refused to make the mod because it's "illegal" and I partly understand it but it seems stupid at the same time.

I wish we will get it, but I fear it won't come to the west. That said, it this won't happen, I hope someone will make a mod.

We could have a mod for it already if someone had dumped the DLC files from the Switch version, but finding someone who has a modded Switch + the know-how + the DLC itself will be hard.

The Korone Voice is only for consoles, not the Steam version. So a modder would need to extract the audio and data, Or at least share the data with other modders to figure it out. And in order to get all the DLCs, you literally need to buy the game 4 times. But Otakus are crazy and will Simp for their waifu. And I guess Sega and Cover know this.

it isn't. dlc folders disappear when dlc is uninstalled
