Full screen and crashing
Anyone else having issues trying to get the game into full screen and the game literally crashes while you're in the games options menu?

yes
It's a Denuvo related issue. They're deleting threads about all the Denuvo-related crashing and stuttering.

Refund the game and wait for them to remove Denuvo.
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Here's an easy fix to solve the widescreen issue.
1. Go to the Nvidia control panel
2. Go to 3D Settings, then choose Manage 3D Settings.
3. Open the Program Settings tab, and from the drop-down menu, choose Sonic Frontiers.
4. Next, use another drop-down menu to choose the graphics processor you want to use for this program.
5. Lastly, your Nvidia GPU should show up as High-Performance Nvidia Processor.
6. Save the changes and enjoy the best Sonic game ever made. I cannot stress enough how good this is.
