Why is Flonne not a fallen angel in this game?
Haven't played Disgaea 3, so I might have just missed the part where she became normal again.

After Disgaea 2, she tries to become a normal angel again (see Disgaea Infinite / D2) and by the time D4 happens, she's become an Archangel.
