You sent me copies of Steam curator games, but the game quickly installed and does not start - it gives an error: the executable file was not found

It asks me to choose a language but it doesn't let me go any further. The game just doesn't responds to any key so i have to close it by force. Has anyone else had this problem?

Topic. If there was another delay, I would have liked to know. Figured it being available meant it was out, but it's missing the exe. How long will it take for this to be resolved?

I've been replaying the game over and over to get all the achievements, but I just can't get the "Well... I tried" one, I got all the purple achievements so does that lock me out of it? Am I going to have to uninstall the game and replay again in order to get that one achievement?...
