Could be good if they introduce a double jump mechanic?
Like scout from tf2, or something like that

they cant just add it, it needs balance and the levels need to be balanced around it. This is coming from someone who thinks double jumps are amazing.

There are mods for that though.

Also, what rules? If you walljump do you get the double jump back? How big is the double jump? Does it reset momentum? What about slams, they increase normal jumps but do they do anything to double jumps? etc.

i believe could be in the most classic way, i mean just in the air, but for balance just a little bit, in case you got cornered by too many enemies, mostly i think it could be very useful in cyber grind, or in the crescendo of act 2

Elaborate on classic way. if we are talking like tf2, then it doesnt have walljumps, nor groundslams, at most we have rocket jumping, which is on a different class than the walljump.

oh, kinda like scout, using the jump button twice, i mean in most classic way i think the way zero in megaman x do his double jump once, he lost all the other ways to do a dash or another jump and he only can attack falling until he touches the floor again :goatalexis:

If you cant dash or walljump the double jump is horrible. Ultrakill is about combos, and beign restricted so much makes it useful only in extremely desperate cases.

Some implementation can be good, but for a game without double jumping and with limited air control I miss them so little.

yeah, i mean i think it's the only way that a double jump could work without overshadow the other ways to jump
