Alternate Shotgun Concept - Tactical Shotgun
--This one's pretty long so brace yourself--

I feel like it's pretty likely we're going to be getting a new alternate weapon in ACT III, and since the Rocket Launcher is pretty recent and the Railcannon I feel is too unique to really work as an alternate weapon, the Shotgun seem to be the most likely. So here's my idea of what that could be like.

Starting off, each shot fire's only 8 pellets for 2 damage total (I know it sounds underwhelming but bare with me) but it also has a tighter spread, letting it be used at longer distances. But the real kicker is, the time between shots is practically non-existent, letting you fire off 4 shots in about a second. (also, you can still projectile boost and shotgun parry with it).

However, it also has a sort of ammo system in the form of charges. You can have 4 charges max and each shot expends a charge, so you can fire at max 4 shots before having to stop shooting. although each charge recharges after only 2 seconds so I feel like it's not too bad.

Pros:
-Faster fire rate
-Longer range
Cons:
-Less Damage per shot
-Ammo system

Feel free to comment any questions or suggestions y'all have (I'm not actually too sure about the balance for this one) or if you want me to expand on this further, I've some ideas on how the variants could work but this was long enough as is.

The damage is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane because thats 8 * 2 * 4 = 64dps which is enough to kill an insurrectionist in less than 2 seconds, but I like the fact that the pellets are being combined to be higher damage. The alternate revolver and nailgun both have the shared theme of reducing ammo (be it feel-wise or literally) in exchange for packing a harder punch, so i suspect that alternate shotgun will have some sort of difference in that regard. not that the Super shotgun idea has been disproved already.

The charges system honestly not the brightest idea. Alternates dont have any meaningful difference to the right click interactions, only changing left click events and any right click events tied to them. That said, I doubt we're getting *any* change in the shotguns' right click stuff because both are pretty different from the simple shotgun shot fired from the left click.

Thanks for the comment! but I feel like I should clarify some things.

1. Each pellet deals 0.25 damage, same as the regular shotgun. they don't do 2 damage each, it's 2 damage for the whole shot.

2. The charge system is tied to the primary fire, not the secondary.
