Health bar for enemies.
I would be useful for testing purposes atleast in sandbox, im always curious about how much damage im doing to an enemy health bar or damage numbers would be great.

There is a boss health bar option when using alter arm. However, it's kind of annoying that you have to do it for each enemy separately.
