Encore Levels Bug

After completing the Encore levels for the first time, I can no longer pass them to higher ranks. Instead of the level name and statistics question marks are shown and it is not updated in any way. Also, statistics are not displayed after completing a level, V1 just falls endlessly down the elevator.

Is there a solution to this bug other than going through with a new save?

I have been having this issue with P-2 for the longest time, and now both the encore levels. The only solutions I have found online are completely useless - There are only so many times that I can verify the integrity of my files, reinstall the game, or run as administrator.

Beating the hardest stages feels meaningless if I'm not able to track my progress. It's good to know that my rare situation isn't exclusive to me. I just wish there was a quick way to fix this already.
