mouse cursor flickering

anytime im not inputting left or right click, my mouse cursor flickers in the center which drops my frames immensely, when i input left or right click it's immediately fixed. i've reinstalled, restarted my pc, alt tabbed in and out of the game, everything. im hoping someone else has had this issue and fixed it. this hasn't been a permanent issue, it just started at one point. i was really hoping to put a ton more hours into this, so hopefully someone has a fix for this ,_,

if youre running overwolf in the background, dont. exiting it fixed the issue for me

i dont use overwolf and i still have this problem

ok because maybe people still need help with this, after soft resetting my pc (keeping majority of personal files) and redownloading everything, the issue went away, hopefully this helps someone
