0-2 never-ending final score screen bug

[Raiko's Birthday Extravaganza]

I am not entirely sure what I did leading up to it, but at the end of Act 0-2 The Meatgrinder, I think I might have pressed jump, mouse 1, or E/Q rapidly with the intent to skip the first part of the final score animation, so I could see the full list of stats right away.
But before the score screen appeared, there was about a ten second delay of just me falling down the shaft, until the score screen finally appeared
Upon doing whatever it is that I did do, the screen did not fade away, thus I clicked more buttons to make something happen, and I eventually pressed either E or Q, which equipped my revolver, and then I was able to switch to and shoot + alt-fire all of my equipped weapons, even being able to stand on a frozen rocket. Curiously though I was not able to use my melee attack or cycle through my fists, or use the whiplash.

When I quit the mission I went back to check and my rank had updated from a B to the S that I got at the end of 0-2 when the bug happened.

Having the exact same bug but it happens in several levels not just one
