Ultrakill stuttering in fullscreen for some reason?

Today as i usually started ultrakill, every like 3 seconds it would stutter for like a second.
As i went into the settings, i figured out that it doesnt stutter in a window.
Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
Since i hate playing in a window.

The game is in a state of lag and disrepair since the last update. Nothing you can do besides waiting for the next update.
