I need help, i lost all of my old progress

Hello, I’ve been an Ultrakill player since March 2021. Some time ago, I encountered an issue. In July 2022, I had most of the game platinumed, with everything on standard, harmless, and some on violent, all completed in P Rank. However, when I loaded the game from a friend’s PC, this progress was lost, leaving me with everything reset to zero. I searched for solutions but never found anything, and even wrote to New Blood, but I didn’t get a response. In my Steam Cloud, I have a save from July 12, 2022, but earlier saves are missing. I need help, as it’s frustrating to have to redo all my progress. I appreciate any help in advance.

Verify your file integrity by right clicking on ultrakill in your library > properties > installed files > verify file integrity.

If this does not solve your issue, I can also create my own save file specifically with all the progress you had and send it back to you. I work very quickly, so it could take two to three days at most.

Hakita’s the clown if anything. He needs to learn how to fix his game instead of selling plushies and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ shirt designs. This saves issue has existed ever since the EA launch, back like… 4 years ago or something?

you're acting like it's easy to fix bugs, you need to try and reproduce it (hard enough) and then try and fix it while trying to reproduce it at the same time and hakitas already working on fraud, i don't know what you expect

fraud development cannot start until the programmers finish a bunch of major code rewrites, so, in the meantime, hakita and victoria are revamping earlier levels to bring them up to par with the newer ones
